I ordered a custom pendant because I’d been wanting something personal for a while, and I finally decided to just go for it. The detail came out really clean, and the edges were smooth, which I noticed right away when I took it out of the package. It also has a nice sturdy feel to it and doesn’t seem cheap at all. It did take a little longer than I expected, and I kept checking for updates probably more than I needed to, but once it arrived I felt like the craftsmanship made up for the wait. Overall, really happy with it. 4 stars from me...
